Condtion.1;~ Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused by Shaadoz:

 ● Full refund or exchange at no charge

● Photo or unboxing video proof required

● Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

● Return and refund Policy

● Returns and refund are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

 

Condtion.2;~ Eligiblility for return:-

● Product must be unused and unwashed

● Original tags must be attached

● Original packaging must be intact

● ₹200 shipping fee applies — deducted from refund amount

Condtion.3;~ Not eligible for return:

● Used, washed, or altered products

● Products with removed tags

● Products damaged by the buyer

● Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
